He founded the company in 2002 and has been responsible for our daily operations ever since. Scott also has other ancillary waste-related businesses, he is active on several association boards, and is a Gold Level contributor and supporter of the EREF. His mission for Big Truck Rental is to be your valued resource – by helping and growing your business. We are the leading authority in refuse truck rentals throughout North America with the broadest selection of Front Loader, Side Loader, Rear Loader and Roll Off Trucks available.


ZACH MARTIN
ZACH MARTIN

President

Zach joined Big Truck Rental in December 2016 and is responsible for all sales in U.S. and Canada. Prior to Big Truck Rental, Zach had a thirteen-year career in sales, business development, and sales leadership for Rehrig Pacific Company.  He was most recently National Sales Director where he oversaw the sales effort for both the U.S. and Canada within the company’s Environmental Business Unit.  He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia.  In addition, Zach serves the National Waste & Recycling Association as Co-Chair of the Future Industry Leaders Alliance.


Mike Zukusky

Mike graduated the University of South Florida with a Bachelors in Accounting and a Masters in Accountancy. He started his career as an Auditor in the Audit & Assurance practice of Ernst & Young. After his time at Ernst & Young, Mike began working in the senior living industry for Horizon Bay, a Tampa based company, and Brookdale Senior Living, a publicly traded company on the NYSE. Mike joined Horizon Bay as a Property Accountant responsible for all of the accounting functions for a portfolio of retirement communities. When Horizon Bay was sold to Brookdale Senior Living, he transitioned to a role as a Finance Director for a Continuing Care Retirement Community with over 550 apartments and 400 employees. Mike joined Big Truck rental in March of 2013 as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Mike leads all finance and accounting functions of Big Truck Rental. In addition, he serves as a Board Member.


DAVID STAFFORD
DAVID STAFFORD

VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Dave Stafford has more than 26 years of experience in the waste and recycling industry. He spent 20 years implementing programs, leading teams, and contributing to several companies’ successful waste service operations. Dave spent 7 years as the District Maintenance Manager for then-IESI/Progressive Waste, covering the state of Missouri where he was responsible for all repairs, upkeep of the fleet, and recommendations to support fleet growth.
Dave oversees the Big Truck Rental fleet across both the U.S. and Canada as Vice President of Operations. He leads our effort with dealer partners to ensure the Big Truck Rental Fleet is in excellent condition.
Dave also serves on the National Waste & Recycling Association’s ANSI Safety Committee for Fleet.


JAKSA PANIC

VICE PRESIDENT - CANADA

Jaksa Panic (JP) joined Big Truck Rental in April 2017 in the role of Director of Sales for Canada, responsible for executing on the national sales and marketing strategy. As of October 2019, Jaksa has been promoted to Vice President of Canada’s Big Truck Rental with the focus and responsibility for Canada in an effort to continue driving all aspects of the business. Jaksa previously held various positions over a twelve-year period in sales, marketing, business development, and sales management roles with Fastenal Canada, Acklands-Grainger and Air Liquide. Most recently, Jaksa was the Sales Manager for Air Liquide, where he managed and lead a sales team across the Ontario market focusing on driving value-based selling in the metal fabrication sector. Jaksa received his Ontario College Advanced Diploma in Business Administration – Marketing from Conestoga College in Kitchener, Ontario.

DIRECTOR OF ROUTE READY TRUCK SALES

Pete joined Route Ready in July 2019 and is responsible for the strategy and execution of Route Ready sales for both the United States and Canada. He spent the last seven years of his career in the beverage supply chain industry in sales and account management for Rehrig Pacific Company.  Most recently, he held National Account Manager roles where provided solutions to allow customers to move products within the supply chain more efficiently and in a cost-effective manner.  Pete has an Undergraduate Business Degree from Tulane University and an Executive Masters of Business Administration Degree from the University of South Florida.


Eric Voss

Vice President of Sales

Eric joined Big Truck Rental in January 2019 in the role of Director of National Accounts, responsible for developing and executing the sales and marketing strategy in the U.S. and Canada.  As of August 2020, Eric was promoted to Vice President of Sales at Big Truck Rental and responsible for all sales in the U.S.  Eric began his career in the Environmental industry in 2009 with Rehrig Pacific Company.  Eric has a passion for the industry, bringing out the best in those around him, and understanding how to match people with solutions to achieve a common goal.  In addition, Eric serves the National Waste & Recycling Association as Co-Chair of the Future Industry Leaders Alliance and on the Education Committee for the annual Waste Expo trade show.  Eric is a graduate of the University of Missouri.
